We are still just making our way south. Not much new to report, just more beautiful scenery and twisty roads around the ocean. At one point we left the ocean road to drive through the redwood forest in California.

Although one somewhat interesting thing happened. We had an attempted robbery of the truck, and we were told we were evicted from our hotel by a mob of Californias finest!! Not to worry, we haven't resorted to any criminal activities. The eviction was just a mistake in identity and the robbers weren't able to steal anything from the truck. Sooo, we left that fine hotel at three am and this is why we are staying in an out-of-budget hotel, thirty miles north of San Francisco!!!!!
